Terms & Conditions — pak998 Platform Agreement

Welcome to pak998. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern access to and use of the pak998 online betting platform, accessible at https://pak998.cam ("the Platform", "the Site", "pak998"). The Platform is operated by pak998 ("the Operator", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing, registering on, or placing any wager through the Platform, you ("the User", "the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

pak998 is an English-language platform designed for users in Pakistan. All content, game rules, promotional materials and support communications on this Platform are provided in English. Urdu-language support assistance is available on request through the Live Chat channel.

The following terms, when used with initial capitalisation in this Agreement, carry the meanings assigned to them below:

To register and maintain an Account on pak998, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. pak998 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: All personal details provided during registration must be true, accurate, current and complete. You must promptly update your Account if any registered information changes.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, agent or close family member of pak998 or any affiliated entity, technology partner or service provider connected to the Platform.
• Jurisdictional Responsibility: You acknowledge sole responsibility for ensuring that your participation in online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. pak998 does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific territory.

Account registration on pak998 requires submission of your name, contact details and any additional information required during the registration process. By submitting this information, you warrant that it is accurate and that you consent to its processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

KYC Verification. pak998 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete to the satisfaction of the Operator. The Operator reserves the right to request KYC documents at any stage of the account lifecycle.

Accepted Identity Documents. The following documents may be requested for identity verification:

• A valid, current CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) issued by NADRA, or a valid passport
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement or similar, dated within 90 days) — requested where applicable
• A selfie or liveness verification photograph as directed by the verification portal
• Payment method verification documentation as required by the Operator's compliance procedures

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials will be attributed to you. Notify pak998 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

Deposits to your pak998 Account are subject to the following terms and conditions. The availability of specific payment methods is determined by the Operator's cashier configuration at any given time and may change without prior notice.

• Currency: Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where currency conversion is required, the exchange rate applied will be determined at the time of the transaction. No guaranteed conversion rates are offered.
• Payment Method Availability: Payment methods including e-wallets, mobile payment rails and bank transfers may be referenced on the Platform for contextual familiarity. Actual availability of any payment method (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or similar) is conditional on the Operator's cashier listings and the applicable terms of each payment provider. pak998 does not represent that any payment provider endorses or supports gambling transactions.
• Deposit Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Funding Source: You must only deposit funds that you legally own. Deposits made using funds obtained through unlawful means are prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities in accordance with AML obligations.
• No Third-Party Payments: Deposits must be made from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment instruments are not permitted and may result in Account suspension.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. Processing timelines are not guaranteed and depend on internal review, verification status and the payment method selected.

• KYC Prerequisite: All withdrawals require a fully completed and approved KYC verification. No withdrawal will be processed from an unverified Account.
• Wagering Conditions: Where a bonus or promotional offer has been credited to your Account, the relevant wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before the associated funds become withdrawable. The specific conditions for each offer are set out in the applicable promotion terms.
• Withdrawal to Registered Methods Only: Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and operator review status. pak998 does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe. Internal compliance checks may extend processing windows in individual cases.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply, as displayed in the cashier. The Operator reserves the right to apply staged payment processing for large withdrawal amounts.
• Suspicious Activity: Where AML or fraud concerns arise in connection with a withdrawal request, the Operator may place a hold on the request pending further investigation and may request additional supporting documentation.

pak998 may offer welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free bets, reload promotions, cashback programmes, referral incentives and VIP rewards at its discretion. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, and each individual promotion will carry its own specific terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are typically subject to a stated wagering multiplier before they become withdrawable. The applicable requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Always read the full promotion terms before opting in.
• Time Limits: Bonuses and any associated free bets expire within a defined period if wagering requirements are not met. Expired bonuses are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• Eligible Games: Certain games or bet types may contribute at a reduced rate (or at zero rate) towards wagering requirements. Eligible game contributions will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: The use of multiple Accounts, colluding players, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed specifically to extract bonus value, or any other conduct deemed to constitute bonus abuse may result in the cancellation of bonus funds, reversal of associated winnings and Account suspension.
• One Bonus Per Household: Unless stated otherwise, one welcome bonus is available per individual, household, IP address or device.
• Operator Discretion: pak998 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, and to refuse or cancel a bonus at its sole discretion where the eligibility conditions are not met.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the pak998 Platform. Specific sports, game category and event rules may also apply and will be set out in the applicable product section.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted only when confirmed by the Platform and a unique bet reference number is issued. Placing a bet does not constitute acceptance until the system confirms it.
• Odds: Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are indicative. In-play odds may change between bet submission and acceptance. Where odds change materially before acceptance, the Platform may reject the bet and return the stake.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet sizes apply and are displayed in the relevant betting interface. The Operator reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on specific markets or events.
• Errors and Obvious Mistakes: If a price or outcome is clearly the result of an error (including human error, system fault or data feed error), the Operator reserves the right to void the relevant wager and return the stake. Winnings derived from manifest errors will not be paid.
• Void Bets: Bets may be declared void in accordance with specific market rules, event cancellations or force majeure events. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the Account balance.
• Live / In-Play Betting: In-play markets carry additional risk due to rapid odds movement. Delays between data feed updates and displayed odds can occur. The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from such latency in live markets.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the pak998 Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-Accounting: Registering, operating or using more than one Account on the Platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating wagers with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker, live dealer games or any other multi-player format.
• Arbitrage and System Abuse: Systematic exploitation of odds differentials, platform errors or promotional conditions in a manner inconsistent with legitimate recreational betting.
• Automated Tools: Use of bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting automation, or any software that accesses the Platform in a non-human manner without prior written authorisation from pak998.
• Fraud: Chargebacks, use of stolen payment methods, identity fraud, or any other attempt to obtain funds from the Platform by deception.
• Money Laundering: Use of the Platform to deposit, layer or extract funds derived from criminal activity. pak998 operates AML monitoring and will report suspicious activity where required.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration, KYC or at any other point during use of the Platform.
• Unauthorised Access Attempts: Attempting to access, probe, test or interfere with the Platform's technical systems, security controls or other users' Accounts.

pak998 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing players with tools to manage their betting activity. The Platform offers the following player-controlled tools, accessible from the Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to control the amount you can fund your Account within a defined period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss you can sustain across a daily, weekly or monthly window.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or automatic session terminations after a specified period of play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary pause on your Account for a defined period if you need a break from gambling.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term close your Account for responsible gambling purposes. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational betting purposes only. You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of pak998.

The pak998 name, logo and brand identity are proprietary marks. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use them outside of your ordinary use of the Platform as a registered player.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak998 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, business or goodwill, whether direct or indirect
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages of any nature
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical faults, data feed errors or force majeure events
• Losses incurred as a result of reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain errors

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, pak998's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of the User's Account balance at the time the relevant claim arises.

Nothing in this section limits pak998's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

pak998 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform or by notifying registered Users through their Account email address.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account. The date of the most recent amendment is indicated at the top of the Table of Contents in the sidebar.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licence jurisdiction. The Operator does not hold a licence issued by any Pakistani authority, and does not represent that the Platform's operation is lawful in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Users in Pakistan access the Platform on their own initiative and at their own risk.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact pak998's customer support team, which will attempt to resolve the matter informally. If a resolution cannot be reached informally within a reasonable period, the dispute shall be referred to a mutually agreed process for resolution.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
